Possible Topics Include: - Making confident first impressions - Professional introductions and networking - Polished communication and small talk - Business dining etiquette - Workplace professionalism and presence - Email and digital etiquette - Interview preparation - Navigating social events with ease - Personal brand and a professional presence Each session is interactive, practical, and focused on real-life application, so you leave feeling more confident and prepared.
Cancellation Policy
This class is non-refundable. Cancellation, Refund, and No-Show Policy We understand that schedules can change, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible while maintaining the integrity of our live online etiquette classes. Please review our policy below before registering for a class. Cancellations & Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule your registration, please do so at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time to receive a full refund or credit toward a future class. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class start time are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. No-Shows If you do not attend the class and do not provide advance notice, your registration is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another session. Refunds Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of the cancellation request. If you registered for a class as part of a bundle or package, refunds will be prorated based on the number of unused classes. Exceptional Circumstances We understand that emergencies happen. If you experience an extenuating circumstance (e.g., medical emergency, family emergency), please contact us at hello@polishedandbeyond.com as soon as possible. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis. Technical Issues It is your responsibility to ensure a stable internet connection and access to the required technology (e.g., Zoom or Wix Live Video). Refunds will not be issued due to technical difficulties on the participant's end. If a class is canceled or interrupted due to a technical issue on our end, we will reschedule the session or provide a refund.
